Who this is for

NGOs, funders, and CSR teams carrying organisational change

NGOs, funders, CSR teams, and social enterprises whose projects succeed on paper and dissolve on the ground — and whose best people deliver impact while quietly emptying out. If you're looking past frameworks toward ngo leadership development and honest csr sustainability consulting, this is the door.

What's breaking

Social-impact burnout and the systems that undo good work

A project that fails at month eighteen and a programme lead who burns out at year three are usually the same problem wearing two faces: the work was designed in fragments, by fragmented institutions, carried by people whose own learning, work, and life are pulling apart. This is social-impact burnout and organisational-culture drift at once. More funding and better frameworks haven't closed the gap between intention and outcome — because the gap isn't in the work. It's in the architecture around it, and it's what systemic organisational development is for.

Think of the project your organisation is proudest of. Now the one it doesn't talk about. What did the second one cost the person who carried it?
What we do together

Regenerative practice and systems change — two ways in

We work with organisations in two ways: leadership development for your senior people (see the Inner Compass), and structured engagements on how your organisation's own design — its pace, its procurement, its relationship with the communities it serves — regenerates or extracts. For example, we've worked with Viridus to help an organisation's founders and leaders attend to their own inner wellbeing and to wellbeing across the whole organisation. Our fuller method for regenerative practice and change management in the social sector we bring into engagements directly, and are readying to share more widely.

We work across India — open to travel, and as at home with Tamil-speaking teams as English-speaking ones. We take on a small number of organisational engagements a year, because we are a small team and we don't sell what we can't hold. If this describes your organisation — and you want sustainable impact, not another deck — write to us: a real letter about what's happening, not an RFP.
