Communications Intern

Make the videos. Launch the podcast. Run the room.

We are a two-person foundation with a full calendar and nobody to tell anyone about it. You would be the person who changes that — doing real work from week one, not shadowing.

What you would actually be doing

The content work is the job. The rest supports it.

An event invitation creative designed in-house for a regenerative living programme
Creatives like this one — you would be making them.

Who this is for

Hours and money, plainly

Part-time and flexible, minimum fifteen hours a week.

The first three months are unpaid — a mutual trial, so both sides can see whether this fits. After that, a stipend if it is working. We would much rather this continued than ended at three months.

We are telling you this before you apply rather than after.

What you would get

  • A real portfolio. Live campaigns and a real podcast — not simulated coursework.
  • A certificate and a real reference, written from outcomes you actually helped create.
  • Direct mentorship from both founders, and a front-row seat to how a small organisation really runs.
  • A function to build, not a template to fill. Including our first ever interview series.

Small table, two chairs. That is what mentorship looks like here.

To apply

Send us four things.

  1. A short note on why this interests you.
  2. A portfolio or samples — video edits, content, writing, anything relevant.
  3. A reference letter from a professor, mentor, or anyone who has supervised your work.
  4. One quick idea. If you had to get ten families within five kilometres of our venue to sign up for a children’s reading circle in the next two weeks — what would you try?
